For our last day in Maui, we went to the historic city of Lahaina. Lahaina was the capital of the Kingdom of Hawaii back in the mid-1800s. There are a lot of historic buildings in Lahaina, and the main drag on Front Street has TONS of shopping! I think one of our favorite things was the block-wide Banyan Tree in front of the old courthouse. It was HUGE and so impressive! Our definite favorite thing was seeing a Hawaiian green sea turtle grazing for his lunch right after we had our lunch! We LOVED him, and I got some great pictures of him, too. Lahaina was beautiful, and it was a perfect way to spend our last day in Maui!
