San Francisco Day Two: Golden Gate Bridge

Mike and I were definitely excited to see this California icon!  After Alcatraz and Pier 39 and right before our SF night pictures, we had some time to see and walk part of the way across the Golden Gate Bridge!  Along with pretty much everything else on our trip, it did not disappoint.  It’s massive in ways that are impossible to explain – I knew it was a big bridge, but when we were walking across it’s SO BIG.  After we walked across, we got back in the car and went down to another park where we waited for the sunset.  Then, we drove around and stumbled upon the Palace of Fine Arts, which was so pretty at dusk!

I’m saving the night pictures until the next post!  They are GREAT!
